What to expect from this master class
This master class teaches your sales team how to plan, design and deliver highly
persuasive presentations or pitches. It covers a broad range of selling situations,
from a one-on-one informal presentation to a decision maker, pitching a group
of influencers and operational staff or presenting to an audience of potential
customers or clients.  The principles also apply to video presentations on your
website and presentations at seminars or exhibitions.

Identify important differentiating outcomes
Every business delivers a unique set of customer outcomes, even if they supply similar
or the same product or service as their competitors. No two suppliers achieve the same
for their customers, which is why market leaders often price higher. Next-day parcel delivery and accountancy firms are classic examples.

A truly effective sales pitch or presentation, focuses on your unique ability to deliver
a prospect’s important desired outcomes. When your sales team apply this principle

Booking conditions:
The price is for up to twelve delegates per master class.  Add £10 +VAT for each
additional person attending. No maximum number of delegates, however interactivity
does reduce with larger numbers. The fee includes all travel expenses within England.
(Travel to other UK countries and abroad may incur additional costs).
